Nelson Mullins is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its corporate group in the Atlanta office. As an AmLaw100 firm, this offers a unique opportunity to a lateral associate interested in being part of a dynamic team. The ideal candidate has experience in the retail/shopping center industry.
You will join a highly skilled team of attorneys with substantial courtroom experience at state and federal levels. The Atlanta office is located at Atlantic Station, a brownfield reclamation and mixed-use development with amenities and transportation options within walking distance.

You should have 2-4 years of meaningful experience in commercial real estate law , including acquisition, leasing, and development of real estate across various asset classes such as office, retail, restaurant, industrial, and mixed-use properties. Experience in the retail/shopping center industry and representing investors, developers, sponsors, and tenants is preferred. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, and be detail-oriented with legal project management experience. Membership in (or willingness to seek admission to) the Georgia Bar is required.
