Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting high-quality machining operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Location: Carlos, MN

Pay Range: $19-21/hour

Shift: Night: M-Th 4:30pm-3am OR Weekend: F-Sun 5:30am - 5:30pm

What's the Job?

• Operate computer numerically controlled horizontal lathes, mills, or turning centers to perform machining operations.
• Read process sheets, blueprints, and sketches to determine operating requirements.
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Deburr products and mark nonconforming materials as needed.
• Monitor coolant fluid levels during machine operation.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and instructions.
• Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out simple instructions.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive movements.
