Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Lab Scientist to join our dynamic toxicology lab. As a Clinical Lab Scientist, you will be responsible for performing laboratory testing and quality control procedures to ensure accurate and timely results. You will work with a team of scientists and medical professionals to provide critical diagnostic information to healthcare providers and patients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory testing on patient specimens using a variety of techniques and instruments
• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure accurate and reliable results
• Maintain quality control measures and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Communicate results to healthcare providers and other members of the medical team in a timely and accurate manner
• Participate in the development and validation of new laboratory tests and procedures
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all laboratory activities
• Adhere to all safety and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
• Current certification as a Clinical Lab Scientist is required
• 2+ years of experience working in a clinical laboratory setting
• minimum 1 year of molecular experience
• Strong knowledge of laboratory testing techniques and quality control procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
