Job Details Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Claims Adjuster to join our dynamic claims team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling complex claims, particularly in trade credit insurance, and will work closely with our underwriting and risk teams to assess, manage, and resolve claims efficiently. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, investigate, and manage trade credit insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Analyze claim documentation and assess coverage, liability, and damages.
Collaborate with underwriters, risk managers, and legal teams to resolve complex claims.
Negotiate settlements with clients and third parties while maintaining Allianz Trade's best interests.
Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior claims adjusters.
Prepare detailed claims reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Continuously monitor and update claims processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or related field.
5+ years of experience in claims adjusting, preferably in trade credit insurance.
Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and risk management practices.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in claims management software and MS Office.
