Position Overview We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Licensed Child & Adolescent Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing therapy to children and adolescents, as well as collaborating with parents, schools, and other supports. This role offers flexibility, a steady flow of referrals, and a supportive, collaborative setting. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy to children and adolescents Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs Collaborate with parents/guardians to support treatment goals Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities Requirements Active NJ license: LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC Minimum 2 years clinical experience with children, adolescents, and families Strong skills in evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, play therapy, etc.) Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills Comfort working with diverse populations and backgrounds What We Offer Flexible scheduling (in-person, telehealth, or hybrid options) Steady stream of referrals Supportive, collaborative team environment Administrative support for scheduling and billing Paid training and professional development opportunities Flexible work from home options available.
