Assistant Tech Position (Cell Phone Repair Technician)

Location: 200 Stewart Huston Drive, Coatesville, PA
Hours: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Job Description:
This role involves repairing, modifying, and replacing parts on cell phones and other small electronic devices.
Responsibilities:
Inspect phones to identify issues
Repair phones using approved (OEM) standards
Disassemble and reassemble cell phones
Remove and replace LCD screens
Remove and install batteries and motherboards
Replace screws and other components
Assist with other tasks as needed
Required / Preferred Skills:
Experience disassembling and reassembling cell phones is preferred
Candidates with experience using power tools and working on small electronics (such as game consoles, computers, or internet devices) are also encouraged to apply
Good attention to detail and focus on quality
Basic troubleshooting and rework experience
Basic computer skills and ability to document repair work
The Training:
Client is willing to train candidates who show the right aptitude. The team can quickly assess fit by reviewing the candidate's familiarity with power tools and how they are used at the workbench.
