The Cannonball Club Member and VIP Concierge is the face of all member and premium guest experiences at Cannonball Arts and LVL1 Concerts. Cannonball Club Member and VIP Concierge


Reports To: General Manager


Department: Venue Operations


Compensation: $28$30/hour (DOE) + potential tips


Classification: Part-Time, On-Call / Non-Exempt


Shifts: Generally 56 hours each; primarily Fridays and Saturdays, with some weeknight and weekend events depending on the event and concert calendar

Position Overview

The Cannonball Club Member and VIP Concierge is the face of all member and premium guest experiences at Cannonball Arts and LVL1 Concerts. This role goes beyond hospitalityits about cultivating authentic relationships, creating unforgettable moments, and delivering an elevated experience that reflects the creativity, community, and culture of the venue.

Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary host for Cannonball Club Members, VIPs, and special guests during concerts, parties, and special events.
  • Oversee Member and Premium Lounges or experiences, setting the tone, vibe, and standard of service throughout the evening.
  • Work closely with the Bar Manager and bar staff to ensure attentive, timely, and professional service is a top priority for Members and VIPs.
  • Deliver personalized, attentive service that enhances the premium experienceanticipating needs before theyre asked.
  • Greet guests by name and maintain ongoing relationships to encourage repeat visits and membership engagement.
  • Coordinate with the Membership, FOH, and Production teams to manage guest arrivals, reserved seating, and special requests.
  • Provide guided introductions, handle guest needs and requests efficiently, and ensure quick response to any service concerns.
  • Maintain the look and feel of VIP and Member areas, ensuring they reflect the high standards of the venue.
  • Track guest preferences, anniversaries, birthdays, and other touchpoints to personalize experiences.
  • Support the Membership and Event teams in hosting Cannonball Club events, Member nights, curated experiences, and artist receptions.
  • Contribute to member communications, including event recaps, short social media posts, and member updates that build engagement and community.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Cannonball Arts and LVL1 Concerts, representing the creative spirit and inclusive culture of the venue at all times.
  • Represent Cannonball Arts with professionalism and authenticity in every settingfrom high-energy DJ nights to gallery-style events.


Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, nightlife, or VIP guest services preferred.
  • Naturally outgoing, social, and comfortable engaging with high-profile guests and diverse creative communities.
  • Familiarity with electronic music culture, fashion, art, and alternative events such as wrestling or skating shows is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort contributing to member emails and social content.
  • Strong situational awareness and ability to maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
  • Brings that aligns with Cannonballs creative culture and sets the tone for an elevated guest experience
  • A polished, professional, and confident personal presentation with a strong sense of personal style and self-expression that aligns with the tone of the venue.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, including monthly In Praise of Shadows DJ showcases, concerts, and arts programming.
