Job Description Job Description Call Center Representative **Interviewing ASAP!!** Hours: Hiring for first/second shift! Must be flexible to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8am-1:00am including weekend hours **Remote role. Must have a quiet space free from distraction to work from home** Must haves: ~1-3 years of high call volume experience within a customer service/call center environment ~ Computer navigation and typing proficiency ~ Strong reading comprehension, oral and written communication and skills ~ A positive self-starter that possess a strong work ethic, an ability to meet/exceed deadlines, organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills and a strong attention to detail Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
