Position : Business Coach, You Move Me

Location: Lenexa, KS

Pay Range: $75,000 - $115,000 total compensation

Are you looking for a dynamic, driven culture with abundant growth opportunities? We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded leader. As a Business Coach , you will have the opportunity to lead our operations across 8+ locations. Reporting directly to top level leadership, you will play a hands-on role in driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of accountability, and achieving financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategic Planning:

  • Lead, develop, and coach General Managers to drive performance, enhance leadership capabilities, and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Collaborate with company executives to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.

Operations Management:

  • Support the management of daily operations across multiple locations, optimizing resources and processes to achieve KPIs and financial targets.
  • Effectively manage and coordinate activities across multiple locations to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.

Business Development and Expansion:

  • Act as a liaison between executive leadership and department directors/managers, communicating company policy changes, business objectives, and performance updates.
  • Execute initiatives for strategies centered around people, performance, and customers to enhance overall market growth.

Financial Oversight and Management:

  • Oversee budget planning and management to achieve financial objectives and maintain fiscal discipline.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to General Managers to foster continuous improvement and enhance team performance.
  • Coach and train regional leaders to build a high-performing and cohesive management team.
  • Plan and execute quarterly leadership summits

Travel:

  • Required travel: minimum 10 weeks per year

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years in senior leadership roles preferably in the moving, waste management, logistics, or home services industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence.
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, drive results, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels.
