Job Description

Scrap Metal Yard is looking for some great people to Help in the yard, Operate bobcats and heavy equipment.

• Scrap metal experience is preferred but will train on the job.
• 5 years operating a bobcat or heavy equipment.

Job Details:

• This is a full-time job in a scrap metal recycling yard in Locust Grove.
• 5 years experience required.
• You must have at least 5 years work experience with references.
• Pass a drug test.
• Must have a valid Ga drivers license and reliable transport.
• Duties and responsibilities are to work with shredder manager and to move material around the yard and keep shredder piles clean and moved pretrip machine and wash weekly.

Help warehouse manager:

• Load and unload trucks in bound and outbound.
• Hrs M-F 730a-5.00 Sat 730a-12p.

Requirements: 

• Must have 5 years bobcat skid steer and heavy equipment experience.
• Must have 5 years work experience with references.
• Must have reliable transport.
• Must commit to being at work every day.
• Must be punctual and on time everyday.
• Must be able to work as a team player and get along with others.
• Must be courteous towards coworkers and customers.
• Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to help.
