Position Description: Were looking for a reliable, energetic barback to support our bartending team and keep the bar running smoothly. This is a key behind-the-scenes role that ensures guests receive quick, consistent, and high-quality service.Step into the inviting world of The Majestic, a beloved King Street gem since 1932. Housed in a historic Old Town, Alexandria storefront, The Majestic blends modern American comfort food with the charm of an intimate jazz club and vibrant art salon.Duties include, but are not limited to:
Stock and restock the bar with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, glassware, and other suppliesClean and organize bar areas, including bar tops, floors, and storage areasRemove trash and used glassware from the barRefill garnishes, condiments, and napkins as neededAssist bartenders during busy hours with drink preparation and serviceMaintain the cleanliness and organization of kegs, refrigerators, and storage areasWash glassware using industrial dishwashers or by handCommunicate effectively with bartenders, servers, and managementPeople are the core of our business.
