Job Description
ISC is sourcing candidates for proposal purposes for qualified Automotive Mechanic/Site Leads at MCAS Cherry Point, MCAS New River, and MCAS Beaufort. The qualifications required and responsibilities are as follows:
Automotive Mechanic/Site Lead : Required to have a minimum of five (5) years of ground support equipment maintenance or automotive mechanic experience at a commercial automotive shop or in one of the
following military occupational specialties: USMC MOS 6072, 6073, USAF AFSC 2A6X2, USA MOS I SH.
Required to have advanced leadership capabilities.
Site Lead Responsibilities .
-Site Lead shall be present on every shift when contractor personnel are performing duties under this contract.
-Review and ensure accurate completion of all maintenance documentation of contractor personnel prior to submission to COR and/or Government personnel.
-Coordinate with the Production Control Officer (PCO), MAG 14, 26, 29, and 31 for prioritization of work efforts.
-Perform Quality Control Inspections of contractor personnel work.
