Job Purpose:
As a member of our Commercial Real Estate and Corporate sections, you will provide strategic legal counsel on a wide range of transactional matters. From real estate acquisitions and financings to entity formation, contract negotiation, and mergers and acquisitions, your work will directly shape the success of our clients.
