The Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Property Manager to join our dedicated team in Orlando. This role offers the unique opportunity to work alongside Senior Property Managers, managing a diverse portfolio of properties, including industrial, office, medical, and retail spaces. You'll play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to excellence through property maintenance, tenant relations, and vendor coordination. Your Impact:

• Operational Excellence: Assist in the day-to-day management and oversight of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and tenant satisfaction.
• Financial Administration: Support the preparation of financial reports and budgets, contributing to the financial health and strategy of our property portfolio.
• Community Engagement: Connect with tenants, vendors and fellow employees through regular interactions and coordinated events.

Who You Are:

• A collaborative team player with a passion for real estate and a commitment to excellence.
• Eager for personal and professional growth, with a proactive approach to learning and development.
• Skilled in communication, with the ability to manage projects and multitask effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office 365, with experience in Yardi software being a plus.
• Experience in real estate, accounting or property management is ideal, but not required. A willingness to learn and adapt is key.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
