Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $38,000 – $45,000
• Bonus Potential: Up to $24,000 annually based on performance

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager
• Motivate, train, and develop team members for success
• Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction and operational excellence
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
• Uphold company standards for food quality and safety

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of restaurant management or shift lead experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for hospitality and teamwork
