Primarily accountable for retaining and expanding specific clients identified by local management, typically working on behalf of a Producer who developed a book of business that generates $1.5MM in annual revenue for Gallagher or more. Responsible for driving the overall client strategy in order to meet /exceed client expectations/growth goals and leveraging knowledge of the clients to manage this book of business, which includes renewals and growth of existing accounts.

You’ll lead the way in managing client relationships and ensuring their needs are met. By developing strategic plans, you’ll help clients achieve their goals while contributing to Gallagher’s growth. You’ll collaborate with teams across the company to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service. Your work will directly impact businesses and the people who power them.

Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years related experience required. Appropriate licensing required (L&H) and ability to travel up to 25%.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
