Job Description
- Should have 10+ Years of Experience and 7+ years for relevant experience.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Coach and guide the team on Agile principles, practices, and mindset.
- Support the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
- Track and report agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, progress) to stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team.
- Shield the team from external disruptions and distractions.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and delivery standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maximize value delivery.
- Should we well versed wit tools like Confluence and Jira.
- CSM and CSPO certificates will be a good add on.
Technical Background will be a good plus to handle aggressive technical teams.
