Should have 10+ Years of Experience and 7+ years for relevant experience.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Coach and guide the team on Agile principles, practices, and mindset.
Support the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
Track and report agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, progress) to stakeholders.
Foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team.
Shield the team from external disruptions and distractions.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
Ensure alignment with organizational goals and delivery standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maximize value delivery.
Should we well versed wit tools like Confluence and Jira.
CSM and CSPO certificates will be a good add on.

Technical Background will be a good plus to handle aggressive technical teams.
