Our client, a leader in providing document management and process automation solutions, is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales/Appointment Setter to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis in Plano, TX.
Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales/Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and building relationships with prospective clients. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams, reaching out to potential leads, scheduling appointments, and contributing to the success of the organization's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
+ Identify, research, and target potential clients in industries that would benefit from document management and process automation solutions.
+ Effortlessly collaborate with the sales team to align strategies for prospect outreach based on target markets.
Outbound Calls & Engagement:
+ Proactively conduct outbound calls to introduce potential clients to the company's innovative solutions.
+ Follow up on inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns to build meaningful connections and convert interest into appointments.
Appointment Setting:
+ Schedule meetings or demonstrations for senior sales representatives to present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
+ Ensure all appointments are appropriately logged in the CRM system and confirmed with clients.
Pipeline Management:
+ Document all client interactions and maintain up-to-date information on leads in the company CRM system.
+ Monitor and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle to ensure follow-through and conversion.
Knowledge & Training:
+ Develop a strong understanding of document management tools and process automation technologies to effectively communicate their value to prospects.
+ Continuously stay up to date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or as an appointment setter is required.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships over the phone.
+ Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems to manage workflows and track progress.
+ Familiarity with document management or process automation technologies is a plus but not required-training will be provided.
+ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused with a drive to succeed in a dynamic environment.
