Looking to take your rotorcraft maintenance career to new heights? One of the most respected helicopter service providers in California is seeking an A&P Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join their fast-paced, mission-driven maintenance team. In this role, you’ll work across a diverse fleet supporting operations in EMS, charter, utility, and media. You'll play a vital role in maintaining aircraft to the highest standards of safety, performance, and airworthiness.

The Key Responsibilities of the A&P Maintenance Technician will be:

• Perform aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and company policies
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve aircraft system and equipment malfunctions
• Maintain detailed and compliant aircraft maintenance records
• Assist in dynamic balancing of components and systems
• Remove and reinstall major components including blades, gearboxes, transmissions, and engines under supervision
• Support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including hourly and annual inspections
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Ensure shop tools and equipment are in proper working condition
• Communicate effectively with maintenance and operations teams

The Ideal A&P Maintenance Technician will have the below skills and experience:

• Current, valid A&P License with verifiable experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
• Flexibility to support an on-call schedule, including weekends if needed
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and work in various environmental conditions
• Must have basic hand tools required for aircraft maintenance

Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 (Paid Hourly) + Excellent additional benefits
