Genesis10 is currently seeking a AI Linguist with our client in their Mountain View, CA location. This is a 12 month + contract and hybrid remote position. The team at the client leverages large volumes of data and state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to understand what our 1B members read and write about on client. AI Engineers and Linguists work together to impact positively on the feed experience, personalized content recommendation, ads relevance and more. We are seeking AI Linguists to join our diverse and interdisciplinary team to focus on AI quality, evaluation, and annotation and to contribute with their expertise to the annotation/human judgment pipeline development that Client at the foundation of the client AI model development and improvement. Responsibilities: Design and execute on solutions for AI quality, evaluation, and annotation Leverage Generative AI prompting, human input, hybrid approaches in the development of scalable and high-quality human judgment workflows Conduct data-driven analysis and provide linguistic insights for project development Be part of working groups that develop high-quality human judgment/annotation/evaluation pipelines Create documentation and guidelines for standard procedures of internal processes Research new methodologies for process and product improvement Maximize productivity, process efficiency and quality through streamlined workflows, process standardization, documentation Requirements: B.S./B.A Degree in Computational Linguistics, Language Technologies, Linguistics, Speech Science or a related field. Native-level fluency in French - France, Spanish - Spain, German - Germany, Portuguese - Brazil 1+ years relevant industry experience.

1. years experience with large-scale, end-to-end human judgment flows and tools for the training/evaluation of AI models
2. years experience to breakdown linguistic data requirements into concise, clear instructions and designs

1+ years experience programming in Python or any other scripting language Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position. Preferred Qualifications: MS or Ph.D. in Computational Linguistics, Language Technologies, Linguistics or a related field. Willingness to learn technical concepts and new tools and a keen interest in technology Experience with human judgment projects and flows Experience with complex and scalable data annotations and evaluations Experience with programming languages in data annotation space Excellent comprehension and written communication skills in English Preferred working hours: 8:30 am PST - 17:30pm PST Suggested Skills: Strong problem solving conceptual thinking communication skills Pay rate range: $48.65 - $57.12 hourly If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
