Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at MindWell Urgent Care in Dallas, TX, with flexibility for remote work. The role involves providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy to patients. The Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatric/mental health
Active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license
Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Experience in psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Experienced is valued and compensated accordingly
MUST be local DFW area due to in-office requirements
